Summer course in mathematics and politics
Wellesley College will be offering a course on Mathematics and Politics as part of its 2020 Summer Programs. This six-week, for-credit undergraduate course will run from June 1 to July 10, and is open to high school students. Â Topics that will be covered are voting, apportionment, quantification of power, and gerrymandering. The prerequisite is strong algebra background, and no political science experience is necessary.
