RESEARCH

IMD conducts and sponsors research that lies at the intersection of mathematics and politics. Contact us if you are interested in joining our network of scholars, or if you are looking for research ideas for your students.

EDUCATION

Education efforts at IMD bring political quantitative literacy to the classroom and integrate mathematical foundations of democracy into the curriculum. We run workshops for teachers and develop courses and teaching modules.

OUTREACH

Scholars affiliated with IMD give lectures, organize workshops, and develop strategies for blending mathematics with politics and social justice. Let us know if you would like us to bring some of these activities to your organization or community.
